Registration Includes: All materials, access to conference sessions and meal functions as noted. Any promotional gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 3 May 2016 and will be subject to a £100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after 3 May. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty, however once the badge is picked up, no substitutions will be allowed onsite. Please email Member Services at MemberServices@fia.org to notify us of any cancellations or substitutions.

Filming, Videotaping, and Recording Policy: No portion of this event may be filmed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded without authorization from FIA.
